Welcome to the Nystrom Webshop. Shopping in our webshop is easy and safe.

If you are below 18 years of age, you must have parental approval, please contact our customer service.

When your order is complete we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

International :

Customers from EU countries, VAT is included in the price.

Customers from non-EU countries, VAT is not included, local import duties and local tax will be applied by your country.

All prices in the webshop are including swedish VAT(EU countries). All prices are in SEK (swedish crown).

With reservation for factual errors on this website.

Shipping :

With local pickup at us here in Sigtuna, no shipping cost is added.

For orders within EU (not Sweden) shipping cost for your country will be added.

For orders outside EU shipping cost for your country will be added, as well as local import duties and tax (by your country).

Delivery :

We normally ship DHL,Fedex and Bring.

If we are out of stock, this is indicated in our webshop.

Our products are delivered well packaged in a box. The Nystrom Special is delivered without handlebar and pedals installed. This is done to get the bike to fit in the box. The customer must install these items.

It’s not difficult, please read the manual included in the box or download it from our website,”Manuals”, see menu.


Testride the Nystrom Special :

Please contact us for a testride via email or phone/sms. We are located in the beautiful village of Sigtuna, north of Stockholm, close to lake Mälaren. It’s also close to the airport (ARN) Arlanda airport in Sweden.

Payment :

Payments are handled by Stripe. Payment is easy and secure with Stripe. You can pay and complete the purchase direcly with credit card. Stripe supports 3D-Secure technology which contributes to high security card payments. Stripe is a well-know payment solution on the internet. Read more and check their respective conditions here:

Withdrawal :

We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and you have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving the products. For full repayment the goods must be returned in the original packageing and in mostly unused condition.

As a private customer you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is described in Distansavtalslagen. Read more about Distansavtalslagen here:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies, and only if the goods in its original packing/box is in mostly unchanged condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply bikes with custom color battery tank.

The return shipping is payed for by the customer. To avoid any problems, please contact customer service before returning any goods.

Notification of withdrawal:

# Notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods, that you intend to withdraw the order.

# Return the goods complete (as delivered) and in mostly unchanged condition.

#Return the goods at the latest 30 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

# Nyström Bike will charge the customer for any missing parts in case the return is not complete as delivered.

# Nyström Bike will not accept any returns ”pay on delivery”. Such a case will be considered no withdrawal.


Cancellation of order:

The customer may cancel an order as long as it has not been delivered.

Please contact customer service if you wish to cancel an order.

Nyström Bike will charge the customer any cost we may have had before the order was cancelled.


Complaint :

If you wish to complain on a product please contact customer service as soon as possible after delivery.

If you wish to complain about a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service by email

and describe the defect accurately.


Nyström Cykel AB Nystrom Bike always tries to help out our customers.


We will inspect every complaint versus the description. Should it be determined that the defect is caused by faulty use by the customer or if there is no defect, it will not be possible with a complaint. Nyström Cykel AB will not be held responsible for cost due to a faulty product. Any return shall be well packed as it was when delivered. In order to approve a complaint, send us the invoice with date of purchase. Nyström Cykel AB follows the guidelines from Allmänna reklamationsnämnden and we also follows the guidlines from the EU online platform, see here.

Deliveries that are not received :

Any deliveries that are not received by the customer and come in return to us, we will charge the customer for the additional shipping.


Personal integrity policy :

No customer personal information will be passed on to any third parties. When you place your order with us, you need to provide some personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business in order to fulfill the agreement with you. You are entitled under the Personal Data Act (PUL) to obtain the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.


Force Majeure :

In case of war, tsunami, earthquake, natural disaster, strike, authority decision, pandemic, lacking deliveries from suppliers, cost increasing circumstances, and other comparable event out of our control, which could not have been reasonably foreseen, and affects orders or deals that Nyström Cykel AB have accepted, which makes it impossible for Nyström Cykel AB to honour those orders or deals, shall mean that Nystöm Cykel AB has no obligation to fulfil such orders or deals.
